Dear Amy: My husband and I have been very happily married for more than 30 years. Our three children are grown and gone, and we are enjoying our empty nest.We have two well-behaved dogs that we adore, and we share responsibility for the dogs’ care, much as we shared our parenting duties. However, my husband has taken up a new hobby (birdwatching), which means that he is gone on excursions with various groups on many weekends.I have no problem at all with his being gone (leaving early Saturday, returning Sunday evening), but there is an assumption now that I will stay at home and take care of the dogs whenever he wants to leave – often at the last minute. But guess what? Sometimes I want to fly away from home, too – and I’m stuck here with two furry goofballs. We are both still working, and our weekends are valuable. Can you give us some ideas for how to handle this? Wild mushrooms are a tempting treat but dangerous if you don’t know what you’re doing. That’s true whether you’re eating them or using them to score political points, Jarosław Kaczyński has found. The Polish éminence grise, who leads the ruling Law and Justice (PiS) party and is arguably the country’s de facto ruler, on Sunday accused the opposition of allowing the EU to dictate forest management policy, which he said would trample on the national pastime of foraging for fungi.“A huge amount of Poles go mushroom picking. We go mushrooming to rest, to go for a walk, for all sorts of purposes. And this … is part of our freedom and we will not let this freedom be taken away from us,” local media reported Kaczyński as saying, adding that the EU “wants to make decisions” on forest management. But within a day, the vice president of the Association for Mushrooms, whose activities include teaching amateurs how to spot a poisono...Sources: 311 complaint leads to discovery of dead body at Boston public works facility

Law enforcement sources tell 7NEWS that a dead body found at a Boston public works facility was the result of a 311 complaint about trash left on a sidewalk.Residents who live on Winchester Street say they walked past the shopping cart that appeared to be full of trash several times before city workers came to retrieve it.Boston police have confirmed a man’s body was found at a nearby processing facility, which was transformed into a crime scene after the discovery was made Monday.“I think it’s completely inhumane, it’s disgusting,” said nearby resident Mary O’Beirne of news of the body being left on the street. “It’s disgraceful.” Boston police say they’ll have more information after an autopsy is completed. They’re hoping to have those results Tuesday afternoon. This is a developing news story; stay with 7NEWS on-air and online for the latest details.Former President Trump, other GOP candidates hitting campaign trail in NH
